Heat Map

This tool was designed to give you the ability to showcase th J Group and your website activity, buyer database, and marketing prowess to potential sellers.

Step 1: Use the "select team member" dropdown to select yourself. 

Step 2: Put the address in that you want to pull data on. One thing to keep in mind is that the address is populating while you're typing. Make sure when you see the correct address below to click it.

Step 3: Type in the parameters that you want to search your database for.  After you input this, the data is pulled in real-time, and you'll see the information in the tool. There are some optional sections that we want you to keep in mind.

Option 1: This is the database size. This is where you tell the homeowner how many people you (J Group) have in your database or CRM. This is important so that you can showcase your ability to find buyers for the listing. Currently, please use 10,000

Option 2: Have a custom background image. By doing this, it changes the background of the heat map report to be custom to the home. Remember that this is optional, and there is a default photo that is used if you don't customize this photo.


Open HouseTool

The open house tool is how we create the QR code sign in for our open houses which will funnel leads to YOUR Follow Up Boss contacts.  (Please inform the Client Care Coordinator on the team to make this work in FUB)

Step 1: Input the MLS number of the house you are holding the open house for

Step 2: Select yourself as the agent holding the open house. Once you hit the "Create Open House link" button, a new page will load with your QR Code.  *For open houses, please make sure to let us know if you will be doing an open house and what the address is ahead of time. This makes sure that the drip campaign emails show the correct property.* 


Market Trends

The market trends widget displays location-based information with data gathered from Zillow. Statistics and notes include total active listings, market action, index median list price, and price per square foot.  This is a great tool to print on use as a social media post.


The home valuation page is integrated with Homebot. When selected, the Homebot form populates, displaying a preview of what a lead would receive with the Homebot digest. This is what prompts the lead to enter their address.

With this tool, you can create a landing page for any single listing. The flyer is branded to you and the J Group team and can double as a printed flyer to bring to your listings. 

Step 1: Select the agent from the list of names available. 

Step 2: Enter the MLS ID. Step 3: Listing status: 

  • MLS Status will display how the MLS has listed the property.

  • Just ListedReducedHot Listing, and Just Sold- are options you can select even if this property's status is different.

  • Custom allows you to enter your personalized listing status.

  • None will leave this status blank.

Step 4: Create a link and share the flyer with your lead and others through text, email, or even social media. Your link will be long, so the best practice is to shorten it (with a tool like bitly) or create a QR Code. The second option is to print the page and share it when showing a property.

While the single listing flyer can be printed as a printable flyer, the listing detail link can be used only to advertise your listing, or any J Group listings online. 

Step 1: Enter an MLS number and select yourself under team member to generate a listing detail link.

Step 2: Click "Create Generated Listing Link". Listing details will now be generated. You will see information about the home. If you scroll down, you will see the gallery and the agent's information. Below is the lead capture form where the lead can schedule a showing.
