I've spent my career answering one question: what is this home actually worth?
I started as a licensed real estate appraiser in 2011, and in 2016 I added my Realtor license so I could help people on both sides of that question — not just what a property appraises for, but what to do about it.
That dual background changes how I work. When I price your listing, it's not a guess based on what sold down the street; it's the same analysis a lender's appraiser will run. When you're buying, I can tell you before you write the offer whether the number is likely to hold up. Fewer surprises, fewer deals falling apart at the appraisal.
I serve buyers and sellers throughout Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland out of Centreville, and I still take appraisal work for estates, divorce, tax appeals, and pre-listing valuations.
